Project Information

Initially employed as the Gantry Crane Operation Manager, Shane developed and managed the design, assembly, lifting and operation of the four (4) large gantry cranes to enable the structural steel roof and aluminium cladding sub-contractors to install their respective scope of works.

This included reviewing and approving all associated project documentation (method statements, risk assessments, inspection & test plans) as the Main Contractor with the Project Engineer and Client.

Shane later became the Roof Manager, monitoring and managing all sub-contractors engaged to complete the Terminal 2 roof work, including aluminium cladding, smoke vents, walkways, fall arrest systems and BMU installation works.
