Project Information

As Division Manager for Unison Projects, covering the Hong Kong and Macau area, Shane supervised the office and site project teams to design, supply and install the now iconic City of Dreams LED lighting pylon sign on the Cotai Strip. This included inspections of the substantially sized pad footing and holding down bolts (up to 9m in length), structural steel fabrication and installation and finished product close out works, being aluminium cladding, LED lighting and stainless-steel feature cladding installation.

Additionally, this project had a huge demand for the signage works to be accelerated to meet the “Grand Opening” of the City of Dreams Casino complex. Day & night shifts were engaged to achieve the completion of the work early, which in effect, doubled the coordination, supervision and management of the project team.
